JOINN!, the innovative ‘Inn 2.0’ in Houten
JOINN! is situated in a former post office near the railway station in Houten. You can book a work space, hold a meeting, eat, have coffee and even stay the night in one of the 25 City Lofts. You can book for a day, a weekend, a week, a month or even longer. JOINN! call themselves an 'Inn 2.0'.
Initiator Luc de Wit is very pleased with the professionalism and involvement of the Reflex employees. 'After a relatively short implementation, everything is working well and we have a reliable system that provides real time insights into our lofts' availability and takes care of the invoicing. Hotel Jansen, all-inclusive Short Stay-hotel in Amsterdam
On the 1st of October 2015 the brothers Loek en Laurens van DoornHotel Jansen started a brand new, all-inclusive Short Stay-hotel in Amsterdam. They offer professional and comfortable accommodation to students, trainees and young professionals. Business is booming and they have started looking for a second location to expand.
‘As a hotel that also rents rooms per month, the choice of systems is very limited’, says Loek van Doorn. ‘We had quite a challenging list of demands. We offer our gutests a variety of additinal services that have to be booked and invoiced. As a startup we were looking for an affordable system. But the most important requirement was high service and flexibility and intention to innovate, together. Every system has issues and limitations, but it is very important how a supplier deals with problems, wishes and questions.
Van Doorn is very pleased with Reflex. ‘We have been operational for a few months now and the system is proving valuable and reliable. We have insights into our availability and invoices are sent out on time. Most importantly: our guests are happy with the service'.
HAVAA Apartments in Utrecht: from expat to tourist
HAVAA Apartments offers apartments near the center of Utrecht, close to the Central Station with shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Ideally suited for visitors who will be staying for a while, like expats or tourists who want more than a hotel room.
Up to two years ago HAVAA was using a booking system that was running on their own server and only accessible from the office. The system was not very user friendly. Nico Geijtenbeek (owner) claims that Reflex Booking is a much better alternative, with a very appealing price vs functionality ratio. ‘We now have very good insights into the availability of our apartments, the invoicing is handled automatically and we can access the system from anywhere. We are also very pleased with the interaction with the Reflex employees. 'We do however have some additional wishes for the customer facing side of the Reflex Booking system. We would like a little more that what Reflex has to offer right now, linked to the existing back-end functionality because we have become very reliant on that'.
