Under the name Global Hardware Refresh, Unilever has switched more than ten thousand workstations of employees in the past months. Reflex Appointment XL is used for this. Unisys, a global supplier and service provider in the area of IT, is executing this extensive project. Reflex has trained the project employees of Unisys and helped with the initial set up, and also provides support.
17 countries in different time zones
Past August, Global Hardware Refresh was launched in sixty locations in 17 European countries. The appointment calendars are set up centrally - in this case in ten different languages – after which the project employees concerned could sign in at various locations themselves to view the current appointments. Soon it will be North and South America’s turn. Reflex will also take care of the software support for multiple time zones, as employees may travel frequently or work at different locations.
