Booking a meeting room is now even easier, via a smart phone or tablet, with the mobile version of Reflex RoomManager software. This software is more user-friendly than existing facilitating systems and offers many additional options.
‘Our employees book a meeting room via the internet themselves. This saves them and the management facility staff a lot of time,’ says Carl van Leemput of Voka, the Flemish network of companies which closely collaborates with the Belgian Chamber of Commerce. Voka is one of the Reflex RoomManager users, an online reservation system for meeting rooms.
Occupancy rateReflex RoomManager is easy to use and directly provides answers to questions such as: Who changed the reservations? What is the occupancy rate? Which meeting room is most often used? How can I pass on the meeting costs in the proper manner? A flexible module offers the option to determine who is allowed to make reservations in the system, and who should possibly give approval or would be allowed to make changes. A welcome screen can also be connected.
In the cloud
The software works ‘in the cloud’, so that Reflex can take care of maintenance and updates in an easy way. Currently, Reflex RoomManager has been made completely suitable for mobile internet, so that you can also book a meeting room via tablet or smart phone. Also for other Reflex software mobile, versions have been developed. D-Reizen (travel agency) for example, uses Reflex Appointment XL for making online appointments with the ‘personal travel assistant’ and offers this option via an app.
